We collect almost nothing, and we say so plainly. Draft for counsel review before publication.

What this site collects

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party trackers, pixels, or embedded tools. Fonts are served from this site’s own server; no font request is made to any third party. The site does not use consent banners because there is nothing to consent to.

The briefing form

The briefing form does not transmit or store data on this website. Submitting it composes an email in your own mail client, addressed to us, containing only what you wrote: name, organisation, role, email address, optional country or market context, and your message. You see exactly what is sent, before you send it.

What we do with correspondence

Email you send us is used to respond to your request and, where you have consented, to correspond about it. We do not sell or share correspondence with third parties, we do not add you to marketing lists, and you may ask us at any time to delete what you have sent: write to briefings@constellationcomputingcompany.com. We retain correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent, or as law requires.

Hosting logs

Our hosting provider maintains standard, short-lived technical logs (such as IP address, time, and pages requested) for security and operation of the service. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection regarding personal data we hold. To exercise them, write to briefings@constellationcomputingcompany.com.

Capabilities, certifications, and roadmap items are as described on the relevant pages; certifications shown as scheduled are not held until awarded. All content © Constellation Computing Company.
